Sweet and Spicy Apricot Dipping Sauce. Apricot is a flavor that works well as a dipping sauce option. Even if you have never considered using apricot in this way before, it is worth trying; the sweetness of the apricots balances the acidity and spiciness of the dipping sauce perfectly. Simple sauce that combines sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors into a wonderful dipping sauce for chips, grilled chicken, and spring rolls.
The coconut will be nice and golden and the Panko crisp, but light in color still.

Lay all the breaded shrimp back down onto your tray while you finish dipping the whole batch: Now it's time to cook! Truthfully, these days I just buy chili sauce, but you can also make your own "cheat sauce" with orange marmalade, apricot jam, and garlic chili. If the sauce is too spicy, add more preserves.
