- 🢂 1 3/4 each of onion.
- 🢂 3 tbsp of vinger.
- 🢂 1 1/2 tsp of suger.
- 🢂 2 can of chicken broth.
- 🢂 1 dash of pepper flakes.
- 🢂 1 tsp of black pepper.
- 🢂 1 tbsp of salt to taste the smoked meat will release some salt so jus taste first.

Add the collard greens to a slow cooker with the onion, ham hocks, brown sugar, pepper, salt, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth. Remove the ham hocks from the slow cooker. Trim and discard any fat and bones. Roughly chop the meat and return to the greens.
