- 🢂 1/2 cup of : all purposes flour.
- 🢂 1/2 cup of : milk powder.
- 🢂 1 cup of : milk.
- 🢂 1 tsp of : suji.
- 🢂 1 pinch of : salt.
- 🢂 1 pinch of : nutmeg powder.
- 🢂 1 pinch of : saffron.

- 🢂 1/2 tsp of : cardamom powder.

step by step Rajasthani saffron malpua
- First make malpua batter for that in the mixing bowl take all dry ingredients and mix them well..
- Add 1/2 cup milk and begin to stir it and add little by little milk as per requirement and make a pouring consistency batter without any lumps..
- Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes..
- Meanwhile when the batter is resting start to make suger syrup and chopped almonds and pistachios and keep it aside..
- For suger syrup take a big sos pan add suger and water in it stir it well so that the suger melts. just make a sticky syrup no need to make any string consistency but make sure the suger syrup to be kept warm..
- Now start to make malpuas for that on a low flame heat ghee in a big frying pan and melt it..
- When the ghee is heating up meanwhile once again mix very well the batter..
- Take a medium size spatula full of the batter and gently pour the batter in to hot ghee.and let them cook until light brown from both sides. it will take just 1 minutes..
- Now let them 1/2 min rest and after that put them in to suger syrup for 2 minutes and remove them one by one in a serving plate..
- Garnish them with chopped almond and pistachios.serve them with hot rabdi or just as it is..
