Ingredients of MOLDS SAUCE SAFFRON -LEMON

  1. 🢂 10 of shrumps.
  2. 🢂 1 of shallot.
  3. 🢂 100 ml of dry white wine.
  4. 🢂 400 ml of water.
  5. 🢂 300 ml of fresh cream.

instructions MOLDS SAUCE SAFFRON -LEMON

  1. FOR the sauce cream: cut the shrumps in pieces and put in a pan with heads!! Add shallot, celery shopped, white wine, water, a pinch of curry and cook 20mn. Put a lid and infuse 10mn. Separate the juice with a sieve. Add in juice fresh cream, salt, Black pepper, coriander, lemon zest (no lemon juice ) the saffron and finally the flour: mix!! And cook 15 - 20mn , stir often ….
