1. Ok mix mayo with a just a little bit of lime juice (Now you have lime Aeoli) if you want to be fancy.
2. Butter your hot dog buns on both sides (outsides :p).
3. Toast your buns in a skillet.
4. Mix mayo + Lobster.
5. If you want you can add diced cellery.
6. Stuff bun with lobster mix top with green onions ENJOY.
